Dwana Smallwood and Michael Yuen-Killick approached me about creating a piece to help DSPAC back on their feet in the wake of covid. Our goal was highlight Dwana’s expertise and authenticity, while also saying thank you the neighborhood she’s from and the center is in: Bed-Stuy.
